River Road Estates (RRE) is located in SW Missouri. Specifically in Southern Greene County and Southwest Springfield, outside Springfield's city limits.

We are just south of the intersection at Farm Rd 135 (Golden Ave) and Farm Rd 178 (Weaver Rd).  The main entry into our subdivision is from Golden Ave, turning east onto Nottingham St. McBride Elementary School is essentially across the street from our subdivision on Golden Ave.

Our beautifully treed neighborhood contains 53 single-family brick homes on 3 major streets (Nottingham, Aaron, and Cantebury) and features both single- and multi-level houses, several with walk-out basements. 

 

Note:  RRE encompasses Phase I & II of the original development, but excludes Phase III.
